Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-6ab9ea07\"><strong>Individual customers residing in the European Union<\/strong> have, for purchases made at a distance, a right of withdrawal of <strong>14 calendar days from receipt of the product<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-4cc3d4df\">The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in the course of a professional activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-8140f255\">2. Withdrawal Request<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-0d76c9f2\">The customer must inform SCUTI of their decision to withdraw before the expiry of the 14-day period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8ce45b5d\">We recommend using the <strong>withdrawal form available on our Site<\/strong> in order to facilitate the processing of the request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-6215e960\">The request may also be sent to <strong><a href=\"mailto:contact@eonscuti.com\">contact@eonscuti.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-3fb1799d\">It must clearly identify:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the customer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the order;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the product concerned;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the date of receipt;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the current mileage for a vehicle;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the serial number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the general condition of the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-a401885a\">SCUTI may request recent photographs of the product and, for vehicles, of the odometer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-78140382\">SCUTI will then provide the customer with the return address and return instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-4d586edd\"><strong>No product must be shipped before SCUTI has provided the return instructions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-c66da347\">3. Return and Transport Costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-04f064de\">After notification of the withdrawal, the product must be returned <strong>no later than within the following 14 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-9b64aaa6\"><strong>The return costs are borne by the customer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c5027e60\">The customer arranges the return of the product themselves and chooses their carrier. The method of transport used must be suitable for the product concerned, particularly for vehicles and products equipped with a lithium battery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-f34f3da2\"><strong>SCUTI strongly recommends taking out transport insurance covering the full value of the returned product.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-b31a9db4\">The customer remains responsible for arranging the return transport and for the condition in which the product reaches SCUTI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-95363b9d\">In the event of loss or damage during transport, the consequences for the condition and value of the product will be taken into account during the inspection of the return and, where applicable, in the calculation of depreciation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-1d9ab7f7\"><strong>It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to make any claim or request for compensation to the carrier or their insurer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-140eced3\">The customer must comply with the return instructions provided by SCUTI and retain proof of shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-3b85c241\">4. Original Packaging \u2014 IMPORTANT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-485fae12\">YOU MUST KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-5605141a\">Electric vehicles and their batteries require specific packaging that allows them to be transported under suitable and safe conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8ac1acb1\"><strong>Any vehicle must be returned in its complete original packaging, with all foam inserts, supports and protective materials supplied upon delivery.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-100ea1b3\">DO NOT DISCARD THE BOX OR PROTECTIVE MATERIALS AFTER RECEIPT.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-0b9cb2a4\">The customer must retain the original packaging throughout the withdrawal period and until any eventual return of the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-603f441c\"><strong>No vehicle must be shipped in an improvised box, in different packaging not approved by SCUTI or without its original protective materials.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-135019ed\">If the original packaging has been discarded, lost or damaged, the customer must inform SCUTI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-2fd9e4dc\">Replacement original packaging must then be ordered before the vehicle is returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-0e19e780\"><strong>The cost of this packaging and its shipping costs are borne by the customer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-29a7627b\">No vehicle may be shipped before receipt of the replacement packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>In this case, the return period is extended until 14 days after the customer receives the replacement packaging.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-20ffc065\">5. Condition and Use of Vehicles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-03d56206\">New vehicles sold by SCUTI are shipped with an <strong>odometer reading of 0 km<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ed9ae03a\">The right of withdrawal allows the vehicle to be examined and its characteristics and operation to be checked. It does not allow normal or prolonged use of the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-5c10d12f\"><strong>Any vehicle returned with mileage greater than 0 km is considered to have been used.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8055d85a\"><strong>A vehicle that has been ridden is depreciated.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-eeaf34e4\">As soon as a vehicle has been ridden, it can no longer be sold by SCUTI under the same conditions as a new vehicle with 0 km. Depreciation will therefore be applied and deducted from the amount refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-3fdd9307\">Its amount depends in particular on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the mileage travelled;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>signs of riding;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the condition of the tyres and brakes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dirt or soiling;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>scratches, impacts or marks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the condition of the deck, handles and other contact areas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>protective materials removed or damaged;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>missing accessories or components;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any modifications;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the general condition of the vehicle;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>its actual resale value after return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-0a27001c\"><strong>The more the vehicle has been used, the greater its depreciation will be.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-d78d33b1\">SCUTI reserves the right to refuse the return of a vehicle showing clearly abusive use or having suffered, in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a fall or accident;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>significant damage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>broken or damaged parts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a modification to the vehicle;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an unauthorised intervention;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a condition or mileage clearly incompatible with a simple inspection of the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-bdd0dc6e\">Where the condition of the vehicle results in a total or near-total loss of its commercial value, its residual value may be considered nil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-de16280e\">6. Spare Parts and Electronic Components<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-734c4f94\">Spare parts must be returned <strong>new, unused, uninstalled, unconnected, unmodified and undamaged<\/strong>, with their original packaging, protective materials and accessories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-f3d6f3ca\">NO RETURNS OF USED PARTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-df2383f2\"><strong>No return is accepted for a part that has been:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>used;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fitted or installed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>connected;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>programmed or configured;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>modified;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>damaged;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or marked by its installation, removal or use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-cfb19e9c\">This rule applies in particular to controllers, displays, electronic boards, motors, chargers, wiring harnesses and other technical components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-a4128586\">A part showing signs of fitting, marked connectors, modified cables, used fasteners or any other sign of installation is considered used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-26afab5d\"><strong>Subsequently removing the part and placing it back in its packaging does not make it eligible for return.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-008c2de2\">7. Return Inspection and Refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-70f1b504\">Upon receipt of the product, SCUTI inspects it in order to verify, in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>its identity and serial number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>its general condition;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>its mileage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>its completeness;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the accessories;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the packaging and protective materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any signs of use, installation or modification;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any depreciation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-6c73af59\"><strong>Where applicable, personal accounts, data, access codes and locks must be removed or disabled before the return.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-a0ba7050\">For vehicles, <strong>any mileage greater than 0 km results in depreciation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-acc7d93a\">The following may also be taken into account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>loss of commercial value;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cleaning costs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>necessary technical inspections;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>restoration work;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reconditioning;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>replacement of missing accessories, protective materials or components.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ad43f45a\">The depreciation identified is deducted from the amount refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-5523b0ed\">The refund is made in accordance with the time limits and conditions provided for by the applicable legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-b35b212f\">Where required by law, the standard delivery costs initially paid are refunded. Any additional amount corresponding to a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer remains excluded from the refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-78bbe309\"><strong>The return costs remain borne by the customer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-52ea936e\">Unless otherwise agreed, the refund is made using the same payment method as that used for the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-ba7668ee\">8.
