Delivery zones & transit times
SCUTI ships from within the European Union to destinations across Europe and worldwide. We deliver electric vehicles, accessories and spare parts with UPS, FedEx, DHL, DSV and Dachser, as well as other specialist transport providers for destinations outside the EU.
Most in-stock items for EU delivery are dispatched within 24 hours, once payment has been validated. The transit estimates below start after your product has been prepared and dispatched; preparation time is separate from delivery time.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These ranges are indicative, rather than guaranteed delivery dates. The route, carrier, destination and any customs clearance can affect transit time.

Product availability, payment validation and preparation affect the dispatch date. Pre-orders and products awaiting stock may require additional time. Please check the product information, any order-specific estimate and our Términos y condiciones for dispatch conditions.

We work with UPS, FedEx, DHL, DSV and Dachser, plus other specialist transport providers for deliveries outside the EU. The carrier and service used depend on the product, destination and route.
Deliveries within the European Union
We ship from within the EU, so EU customers do not pay import customs duties or import VAT on delivery. The final total paid on our website is the total you pay for your order, with no additional customs charges on arrival.
Entregas fuera de la Unión Europea
Orders delivered outside the EU are sold without EU VAT. You are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties and clearance charges due in your destination country. These amounts are paid locally to the destination country’s customs services and are not included in the amount paid on our website. See our Términos y condiciones for details.
