The LEAPERKIM ORYX 50S runs a motor rated 4200W nominal and 10500W peak on a 14 inch wheel. At around 57.5 kg it is one of the heaviest machines in the category, and that mass is deliberate: it is what lets a wheel this powerful stay settled instead of nervous. It carries up to 120 kg. It is delivered with a factory-set speed of 25 km/h*, and 100+ km/h** is quoted for the wheel itself. Eco and sport modes change how much of that is available.
FASTACE bidirectional suspension
Suspension is a FASTACE bidirectional unit with adjustable rebound and 90 mm of travel. Rebound adjustment is what stops a heavy machine from pogoing after a hard hit, and on a wheel of this weight that setting matters more than the travel figure. The tyre is a tubeless 2.75-14 on a 14 inch wheel. The body measures 750 x 516 x 595 mm, so this is a large machine by any measure.

The pack holds 4200Wh built from Samsung 50S cells at 134V and is rated at around 150 km. Real distance depends on the rider, the terrain, the temperature and the pace held. Charging takes around 6 hours at 5A, or around 3 hours at 10A. A smart BMS manages the cells, with an overheat alarm and low voltage protection watching the two conditions most likely to shorten a pack of this size.
IPX6, lighting and modes
The body carries an IPX6 rating, so rain and road spray are conditions the machine is sealed for. Lighting is a daytime running light with turn signals and a tail light, which on a machine this fast is about being read correctly by others rather than about seeing the road. A kickstand is fitted, and the app on iOS and Android is where modes, settings and riding data live.
