- an account with no login or new order for 3 years may be considered inactive and deleted;
- information relating to support and after-sales service is retained for the time necessary to handle the case and manage any potential claims;
- data used for marketing purposes is retained until the customer unsubscribes or objects;
- technical and security logs are retained for a limited period, generally up to 6 months, unless there is a specific need relating to security or a dispute.
The deletion of an account or data does not affect information that SCUTI must retain due to a legal obligation.

- erasure of your personal data;
