This Privacy Policy explains how EON SCUTI, S.L. (“SCUTI”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you use getscuti.com, place an order, create an account or contact our customer service.

Other Users

SCUTI does not use WhatsApp to send unsolicited marketing communications.

When an intra-Community VAT number is provided, it may be verified through the European VIES system.

  • invoices, books and accounting records are retained for the periods required under Spanish law, including up to 6 years for certain commercial and accounting documents;

  • customer account information is retained for as long as the account remains active;
  • an account with no login or new order for 3 years may be considered inactive and deleted;
  • information relating to support and after-sales service is retained for the time necessary to handle the case and manage any potential claims;
  • data used for marketing purposes is retained until the customer unsubscribes or objects;
  • technical and security logs are retained for a limited period, generally up to 6 months, unless there is a specific need relating to security or a dispute.

The deletion of an account or data does not affect information that SCUTI must retain due to a legal obligation.

In accordance with the GDPR, depending on your circumstances, you may request:

  • access to your personal data;
  • rectification of your personal data;
  • erasure of your personal data;
  • restriction of its processing;
  • data portability;
  • to object to certain processing activities, including marketing.

As no computer system can guarantee absolute security, we regularly adapt our measures to the risks and technologies used.
