The Rovoron R7 Lite takes a measured approach to performance. Its 60 V platform drives two 900 W motors for 1,800 W of combined rated power, giving the scooter useful reserve for acceleration, rider load and changing gradients without turning every journey into an exercise in managing excess.

The manufacturer-stated maximum speed is 65 km/h when unlocked for private-land use, while the road configuration remains limited according to local regulations. A quoted climbing capability of 36.4% reflects a drivetrain designed to keep responding when the route rises or rolling resistance increases.

That balance defines the R7 Lite. It offers the traction and reassurance of a motor at each wheel, but packages them in a machine positioned for riders who want genuine dual-motor capability at a more accessible point in the Rovoron range.

A 60 V battery sized for meaningful range

At the centre of the R7 Lite is a 60 V 28.6 Ah battery, giving the scooter the energy capacity required for longer commutes and extended leisure rides. The manufacturer quotes a theoretical range of up to 75 km, leaving useful margin for daily journeys that would feel restrictive on a smaller pack.

Two charging ports add flexibility at home. With the supplied 1.75 A charger, the quoted charging time is approximately 16 hours; using compatible charging equipment correctly can make it easier to plan turnaround around regular riding rather than constantly topping up between short trips.

As with every electric scooter, real range depends on speed, rider weight, temperature, gradients, tyre pressure and riding style. The value of the 28.6 Ah pack is therefore not only its best-case figure, but the breathing room it provides when conditions are less efficient than the test scenario.

Control hardware that keeps the chassis composed

Power is only useful when the chassis can translate it into a predictable ride. Front and rear spring suspension helps the R7 Lite absorb broken tarmac, joints and everyday surface changes, reducing the amount of disturbance that reaches the rider through the deck and handlebar.

Wide 90/65-6.5 tubeless tyres on 11-inch wheels provide a substantial contact patch and a stable foundation for the dual-motor drivetrain. Their volume adds a useful first layer of compliance before the suspension begins to work, helping the scooter roll more calmly across imperfect urban roads.

Mechanical disc brakes at both wheels are supported by EABS for controlled deceleration. The system favours straightforward servicing and progressive response, while the broad platform and balanced chassis give the rider room to manage weight transfer deliberately under acceleration, braking and direction changes.

Equipment that earns its place on every ride

The R7 Lite combines the essentials of a modern cockpit with the visibility needed for regular urban use. Its EY3 display keeps speed, battery level and riding information within easy view, while compatible iOS and Android connectivity gives the rider access to supported monitoring and settings from a phone.

Lighting extends well beyond a single headlamp. A front light, rear light, brake light, turn signals, hazard lights, reflectors and RGB stem illumination make the scooter easier to read from different angles after dark. The illuminated details add the recognisable Rovoron character, but their first job is to support clear communication with surrounding traffic.

Practical touches complete the package. A reinforced kickstand supports secure parking, the folding structure makes storage more manageable, and the supplied charger and multitool cover the basics from the first ride. The result is equipment chosen to make a powerful scooter easier to live with, not simply to lengthen the specification list.
