Air suspension with 88 mm of travel

The S16 PRO runs an air suspension with a spring over 88 mm of travel. Air lets you set sag to your own weight rather than accepting a factory rate, which is the difference between a suspension that works for you and one that only works for a 75 kg rider. On cobbles, tram rails and broken tarmac it keeps the 16 × 3 inch tyre in contact with the ground instead of skipping across it.

Equipment that earns its place

Four adjustable 5W headlights let you aim the beam where you actually need it rather than at the sky, and a brake light signals deceleration. The MATRIX display reports speed, battery and mode at a glance. An integrated trolley handle, a kickstand, spiked pedals and a built in audio system round out the package, and the KingSong app on iOS and Android handles settings and updates.

3000W, and 48 degrees of climb

Rated at 3000W with a 5000W peak, the S16 PRO handles gradients up to 48 degrees, which is a high figure for a wheel of this weight. The wheel is delivered with a factory-set speed of 25 km/h*, with 60 km/h** available. The 1480Wh battery supports up to 120 km of range and recharges in four to five hours.
